João Pessoa is one of the oldest cities in Brazil, which means that are many visiting points there. Some important ones are: Praia do Jacaré, Praia de Cabo Branco, Igreja São Francisco, Estação Cabo Branco and the Farol de Cabo Branco.
As you can see, Cabo Branco is a very important point to João Pessoa. There are three of the famous visiting points of the city, the beach of Cabo Branco, Estação Cabo Branco and the lighthouse of Cabo Branco. Estação Cabo Branco is a museum that haves arts, sculptures, physics experiments and some photo galleries, and is also known as Estação Ciência (Science Station).
The Lighthouse of Cabo Branco was inaugurated in 1972 when Brazil was in a military dictatorship and represents a Sisal plant.
